Arshag (Archie) Ohanian (93) passed away unexpectedly at his son's house in Lynn, MA. He was born in Lynn, MA and lived in Boston, Beverly, and Wenham.
He was the chief pharmacist at Beverly Hospital for many years and built up the pharmacy department over those years. He later worked in Woburn and Gloucester as a part time hospital pharmacist.
He loved flowers and gardening. He was a very intelligent man. He kept his mind sharp by studying the stock market trends and graphs. He also enjoyed doing Sudoku puzzles. He was a good storyteller and enjoyed telling stories about his childhood during the Depression.
He loved his wife Alice, previously deceased, very dearly. She was "the light of his life". They were married for 71 years.
He was the beloved father of Anita of Madison, CT; Richard of Middlebury VT; and Robert of Lynn, MA.
