Angelina L. "Angie" Collorone, age 83 wife for 58 years of Santo F. "Sonny" Collorone of Salem died early Wednesday morning in the Kaplan Family Hospice House.

Born and raised in Salem the daughter of the late Dominic and Dominica (Squillace) Ingemi, Mrs. Collorone had attended Salem Schools. Following her graduation from Salem High School she was employed by Sylvania for several years. Later, Mrs. Collorone worked at Giant Value until 1978. She was then employed by Salem Hospital until he retirement in 1993.

Mrs. Collorone enjoyed her home and garden where she enjoyed cooking and entertaining her family and friends. She is well known for her spaghetti and meatball dinners, Italian Cookies and making the holidays special for all who visited. She also appreciated angels.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Collorone is survived by seven children Richard Santo Collorone of Danvers, Angela Foresteire and Patricia Akatyszewski both of Salem, Barbette Louise "Kyrah" Hale of Rutland, VT, Dominic Joseph Collorone, Joseph Michael Collorone and Charlene "Shelly" Collorone all of Salem; eight grandchildren Eric, Scott, Jody Lynn, Adam, Krisheana Lynnaca, Skylar Lynn, Peter and Shantell and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother Danny Ingemi and three sister Esther Tucker, Josephine Cameron and Margaret "Mega" Ingemi.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:30 A.M. in the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal St., (cor of North St) Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Salem.
